Travelocity.com offers the best navigation, package deals and price. This is the service my friends and I use when we book flights. One of there most recent deals is that you will save up to 50% toward the cost of hotels and vacation packages just by purchasing the package on a Tuesday.

I ranked Priceline.com second because from my experience it was able to compete with the pricing of Expedia and Orbitz, but like most travel sites it depends entirely on the trips criteria.
